
Personal Trainer John Chung
I am a Personal Trainer with over 17 years of experience in the Fitness Industry and am Certified by the National Federation of Personal Trainers. I specialize in Fitness for Seniors, TRX and Kettlebell workout programs. I was awarded Personal Trainer of the Year for an all Women’s Gym during my career.
I have a varied fitness coaching background, teaching Martial Arts to coaching tennis to kids with Autism, and I am the Head Instructor for the 92NY's Program for Cognitive Strength and Ability (PCSA) for people with mild to moderate cognitive challenges.
I design fitness classes that are safe and accessible for all the class participants. I created customized, effective, enjoyable and unique workouts that are tailored to each client's goals and that transform lives with the gift of health.
